Quick delivery: Our aim is to deliver your order to you as quickly as possible.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION FOR JULY 2009: ***Please note that orders placed between 1st July and 14th July 2009 will be subject to a 3 week delivery timeframe. This is due to our offices being closed for one week from Thursday 9th July until Thursday 16th July, reopening on Friday 17th July 2009. After this time all delivery times will return to the usual 10-15 days.***
Delivery time: We aim to deliver items held in stock within 3 days. However, the majority of our products are ex-stock and will be delivered within 10-15 days.
We will keep you updated on the progress of your order by email at all times. You will be given an estimated delivery time by email when your order has been placed, as well as an email when your item has been dispatched, so you know to expect it the next day.
Delivery Charge:There is a flat rate of $10 delivery on all orders.
Delivery method: Your order will be delivered to your door via New Zealand Couriers, Courierpost or NZ Post. All courier deliveries must be to a physical address and will require a signature upon arrival. If you request a PO Box delivery then your order will be sent by tracked parcel post, but please allow an extra few days for delivery.
Please note: At this time we only deliver to destinations within New Zealand.
