Returns
New Zealand Health Regulations do not permit the return of intimate apparel. Therefore, Devious is prepared to offer an exchange for resizing only, under the condition that the item has not been worn. We recommend trying on shoes with a sock until you have decided that you are happy with the size.
If you require a different size, simply email us for a return address and authorisation number and send us the item in the condition in which it was received. Please note that the return delivery costs and those of the new item are the responsibility of the returnee.
In the unlikely event that you receive a faulty item, please email us for a return address. If the goods are deemed to be faulty we will meet our obligations under the Consumer Guarantees Act to provide a remedy.
